Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All Individual and Family plans include a 3-days free trial. No hidden fees to start.
Can I switch plans later?
You can request plan changes through the portal. Approved changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. District plans can be invoiced.
What is the enrollment fee?
A fixed $9.99 enrollment fee per child covers account setup. It is non-refundable and is re-applied when you re-subscribe after cancellation.
How does billing work?
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month (monthly plans) or annually from the 1st of the month you subscribe. Pro-rata charges apply for partial first months.
When can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly Individual and Family plans must be cancelled during the active billing month and at least 15 days before the next billing date. Yearly plans must be cancelled within 90 days from the subscription payment date. Re-subscribing after cancellation re-applies enrollment fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Approved cancellations do not immediately end access. Your plan remains active through the current billing period, and you can export your child's progress reports before access ends.
