Terms of Service
Last updated: May, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Extraordinary Little People platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by parents and legal guardians of children ages 3-12. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to consent on behalf of the children enrolled in the Service.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Trial Period: New accounts receive a 3-Day free trial with limited access.
- Billing: After the trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly or annually. All prices include applicable taxes.
- Enrollment Fee: A fixed, non-refundable $9.99 enrollment fee per child is charged for every new or fresh subscription and is automatically added during checkout.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled within the policy window for your selected plan.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility, if any, is handled according to the cancellation policy and internal review.
5. Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to Individual and Family subscription packages across Monthly and Yearly billing cycles. Cancellation requests must be initiated through the official portal or by contacting support.
- Individual Monthly: Cancellation requests are allowed during the current active billing month and up to 15 days prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds are provided for remaining days in the current billing period.
- Individual Yearly: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 90 days from the subscription payment date. Requests after 90 days are not eligible for cancellation or refund for the current term.
- Family Monthly: Cancellation requests are allowed during the current active billing month and up to 15 days prior to the next billing date. Access continues through the current billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued.
- Family Yearly: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 90 days from the subscription payment date. Cancellation stops auto-renewal for the next cycle; any refund consideration is handled per company policy.
- Service Access: Approved cancellation does not immediately terminate service. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Re-Subscription: Re-subscribing after cancellation is treated as a fresh subscription, so enrollment fees are re-applied per child.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share account access with unauthorized users
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by The Extraordinary Little People and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Extraordinary Little People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may request cancellation through the guardian portal or support, subject to the applicable cancellation window.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
